Certified Medical Assistant- Family Practice Office

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries

Verify insurance information and collect copays/payments

Assist providers with procedures, treatments, and patient education.

Administer injections, immunizations, and perform phlebotomy as needed.

Qualifications:

Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)credential required.

Prior experience in a family practice or primary care setting preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer applications.

Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Professional demeanor and compassionate attitude toward patients.
