At E78, we assist our clients in finding just the right candidates to fit their needs! They are currently seeking a strong Transition Services Project Manager to support the business and technology infrastructure of recent transactions. Responsibilities
- Lead the standing up of business and technology systems to support 2 newly acquired companies
- Perform issue and risk management
- Develops and maintains project charter, integrated project plan, resource plans, project status reports, risk and issues log and other related project management artifacts
- Execute the transition plan
- Identify resource requirements to support the effort
- Lead the selection of a new ERP
- Work closely with the business to ensure business needs are being met
- Communicate status to key executives
- Experience leading the migration of systems for a $50MM+ company
- In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools required
- Proven experience leading implementation of ERP & HRIS systems
- 7 years of previous experience working with technical applications and/or information systems, or equivalent, including 4 years in managing information technology projects, or equivalent, required
- Proven experience supporting a Corporate IT business unit a plus
- Proven experience with Transition Services Agreements and Mergers and Acquisitions
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- PMP certification highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
