Are you an experienced barista who enjoys early mornings and providing exceptional service? Our expanding bakery and coffee café is seeking a dependable part-time barista to take charge of our busy opening shift. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our community of regulars and new guests alike.

Position: Part-Time Barista

Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Open the café and prepare for the day’s service.

Prepare a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with consistency and expertise.

Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.

Accurately take orders, process transactions, and manage morning operations solo.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of barista experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency in making espresso drinks, pour-overs, and other specialty beverages.

Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Reliability and punctuality, especially for early morning shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

$17–$21+ per hour (includes hourly wage plus shared tips).
