We are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated, results-driven Enrollment Specialist to guide prospective students through the enrollment process and help them take the next step toward financial education and ownership.

Role Overview

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students who have expressed interest in Landbank University programs. Your role is to educate, qualify, and enroll students into the appropriate programs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, believes in education, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound enrollment calls with prospective students

Educate prospects on Landbank University programs, offerings, and outcomes

Qualify leads based on goals, financial readiness, and program fit

Guide prospects through the enrollment and onboarding process

Follow up consistently via phone, text, email, and CRM workflows

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (calls, notes, enrollments)

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve conversion strategies

Attend virtual team meetings and ongoing training sessions

Required Qualifications

1+ year experience in enrollment, admissions, inside sales, or consultative sales

Strong communication and listening skills

Comfortable on the phone and on Zoom

Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment

Ability to explain programs clearly and confidently

Coachable with a growth mindset

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling education, coaching, or high-ticket programs

Familiarity with real estate, investing, or entrepreneurship

Experience using CRM systems GoHighLevel and MOJO Dialer

Previous remote sales or enrollment experience
