Accomplishes company objectives through information/system management. Supports customers in the areas of identifying business gaps and solutions, project management, data analysis and both routine and ad hoc reporting.Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope. Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs. Designs methods for integrating function and process. Conducts cost/benefit analyses. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit. Oversee change request between Operations and Internal/External Vendors. Ensure that changes are aligned and validated with Compliance. Qualifications Level will be determined by skills and experience of selected candidateThis is not a people leader Mgr role but will operate as an individual contributor without direct reports Bus Change Mgr:Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesignOr any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background Bus Change Mgr Sr:Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesignOr any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent backgroundFor URAC accredited areas the following applies: Requires strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. Additional skills:Requires understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, MMP and Commercial Business. Strong understanding of system integration and technical skills that will help work as a liaison between business and IT partners.
