We are looking for someone who:Truly enjoys interacting with peopleHas great written and verbal communication skills in English & SpanishHas excellent phone rapport and aptitude for customer serviceKnows the definition of empathy and utilizes that skill when appropriateIs intuitive and has a proactive approach to serving othersHas a strong work ethic and takes ownership of his/her workIs poised, positive, outgoing, cheerful, and has a professional demeanorSmiles on a regular basisHas a professional appearanceDemonstrates integrity, honesty, teamwork, and genuine concern for othersQualifications

Must either possess a current Washington P&C Insurance License or able to obtain one within 3 month of hire. We will train the right candidate.Must be Bilingual English/SpanishAble to work Full Time Monday - Friday
