Summary
The Trailer Mechanic is responsible maintaining trailers and trailer equipment.
Essential Job Functions
The Trailer Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing trailers to include flatbeds, enclosed vans, reefer units, bulkers, and dollies.
Typical Duties
Perform annual inspections
Services trailers and dollies
Welding and fabrication as needed
Services and maintains refer units
Performs service calls and after hours calls as needed
Maintains maintenance records
Orders parts
Promote Sourdough’s Vision, Mission, and Culture statements
Other duties as assigned
