Full Time Driver & Facilities Coordinator

Integra PaperLESS Business Solutions is a document management company, headquartered in Boise, Idaho providing software, hardware and scanning solutions to thousands of Northwest area businesses since 1975!

This position is responsible for, but not limited to all pick ups and deliveries to/from our awesome customers located all throughout the Pacific Northwest, shipping and receiving, facility maintenance, property grounds, ensuring company fleet is maintained, the overall care of the warehouse area, physical inventory, other duties to be assigned. This position works closely with all internal departments and personnel as needed to ensure steady, uninterrupted workflow by assisting with both customer service and supply needs.

The Candidate:

A valid driver’s license and great driving record.

Physically able to lift and move 50-75 lbs. or more of inventory/warehouse items often, daily.

Fantastic customer service skills.

Professional, polished and presentable appearance – this is a customer facing position.

High-energy, positive attitude.

Takes ownership of job duties and takes pride in a job done well.

Dependability and reliable with GREAT attendance.

Able to work independently without constant supervision.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Organizational, time management skills.

Inventory management.

Shipping and receiving skills.

Excel spreadsheet and computer skills.

Must be handy and have common sense.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Weather could play into these hours (ie: coming in early for snow removal and deicer before staff arrives, etc.)

Benefits available for full time (must work 40 hours week) after a probationary period.
