Contract Job Tiny Home Community Needs SelfStarter in NM

Yes its true, your dream job has finally arrived.in New Mexico. We are centrally located in NM along the rio grande, great access to highway I25 and 30 miles to Albuquerque. We are looking for someone(s) that can fill in from November to March or longer if desired. This is a multitasking kind of position, mostly property management slash sales slash security kind of position. The residents are all owner occupied, very easy keepers, pay online so rent collections not a requirement excpet for 1 elderly resident (pre internet). We are transitioning to all tiny /park model residents, we have some new homes for sale that we hope buyer will stay but ok if not.

The opportunity is to see New Mexico and experience the southwest, we do require work however. Along with the standard duties of property management we would like to find someone that will enjoy working with workcampers, like meeting with potential residents, enjoy showing and selling new homes available and be able to provide pictures/content on a weekly basis for online marketing efforts. Pictures can be of your adventures in New Mexico!
