Skilled Construction/carpenter person needed full time

We're a construction / property management company looking for a full-time Skilled maintenance person who is able to finish projects from A-Z will be assigned a skilled helper, and need to make sure the projects such as (Kitchen remodel, flooring, rental turns, rehabs, city inspection violation repairs) are completed correctly and is able to follow instructions correctly, must be a team player, must be able to supervise helper to make sure projects are completed efficiently. Most of our projects consist of remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, general home repairs and renovations, We're looking for a person who's goal oriented and is looking for a long term position. Must have experience in:

-General repairs

-Property rehab

-Painting

-Drywall installation

-Some Carpentry

-Siding

-Some Electrical

-Some Plumbing

-Flooring

-Property preservation

-Roofing

-Construction

-Remodeling

-Tile

Requirements:

-Must have own tools

-Active driver license
