In-Take Clerk

Our Saginaw, MI law firm is seeking a part-time In-Take Clerk with flexible hours and potential to become full-time. Duties would include opening, preparing and organizing new litigation and legal files as they are received by the office, requesting relevant records for files and communications with record copy services for timely production of records. There may also be some receptionist and phone duties as well.

Qualifications:

Ability to review, organize information for multiple files.

Efficiency;

Proficient on Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel;

Proficient in typing and data entry.
