Patient Access Associate - Full Time - Evening Shift

Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to drive to different locations as needed. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills to ensure positive Patient Experience outcome and be a team player. It is essential to have good communication skills both verbal and written as well as basic computer knowledge. Applicant must possess the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment and pay close attention to details. Knowledge of Medical Insurances and Medical terminology is a plus. Applicant must be able to work in different software at one time to ensure electronic medical records are accurate for both medical and billing purposes. Patient Access Associate will be working in the Emergency Department 3:30pm-11:30pm. Candidates must be flexible to work other shifts, come in early or stay late; Applicants must be willing to work in all areas of Patient Access both on and off campus including the.
