An Industry Leader in plastics manuifacturing is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their IT/OT Team in Coldwater Michigan. This is a fully on site role This role will help in preparation for a Dynamics 365 F&O implementation. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with the Senior Technical Architect, IT Management and Engineering to achieve and support this goal.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support during the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O from AX 2012 R2
  • Provide support in addressing all Service Desk Tickets related to Dynamics 365, and IT/OT solutions
  • Collaborate with Team Members to document high-level business processes, test scripts, test data, and perform system and data validation testing
  • Understand, communicate, interpret and document business processes and requirements as needed
  • Become the subject matter expert on internal systems functionality to facilitate and lead process improvements and develop other subject matter experts in several functional areas
  • Review D365 solution design documents and provide feedback to stakeholder
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years IT experience as a Senior Level Business Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and understanding of business processes in Manufacturing ERP, MES, and WMS
  • 7-10 years of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and/or AX 2012 ERP Systems support experience
  • Completed at least one full life cycle D365 implementation
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
  • Familiarity or experience with Power BI and AX Reports
  • Experience with D365 F&O related technologies including Flow and Power Apps
  • Experience in setup and maintenance of workflow design & configuration in Dynamics AX
  • Certified in Microsoft AX 2012 or D365 F&O a plus
