Lab Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Network Lab Administrator for its enterprise cloud and networking client in Raleigh, North Carolina (NC). This Position will support and maintain a large technology lab used by our client's Cloud and Compute Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) team. Overview:The TME team is responsible for performing various functions across the product portfolio, such as collateral development, training, feature testing, customer Proof of Concepts, etc., and this position will directly support the team in setting up new data center equipment, reconfiguring existing equipment and ensuring the team has what they need to be successful. Many of the aspects of the lab involve not only hardware components (some lifting required) but also software and there is an opportunity for someone willing to begin or sharpen their automation skills to manage the lab more effectively and efficiently. Looking for a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing their technical career and wants to join a fast-pace team.Duties Include: Racking/cabling of new equipment Re-configuration/re-installation of lab environments, including installation of various parts and accessories (i.e. CPUs, memory, PCIe cards, etc.) Support TME testing, remote customer PoCs, etc. Learning technologies (HW & SW) used in the lab Inventory and organize assetsREQUIREMENTS: Experience supporting a technical team in a technical lab setting UCS domain management experience/skills a plus HyperFlex management experience/skills a plus Automation/scripting skills a plus (Python, Powershell, etc.) Organizational skills required Good communication skills requiredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
