Bookkeeper needed

Bookkeeper needed about five hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Must be proficient in Quickbooks including inventory

Pay bills and understand & divide proper accounts

Download bills & bank statements

Understand & read real estate closing statements

Reconcile Bank statements.

Prepare monthly reports & financial statements

Be able to use dropbox & excel
