Inside Sales Account Manager
Our growing company provides technical products and services throughout the US. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join us as we move IR Analyzers in an exciting new direction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and excited about working in a rewarding fast-paced dynamic environment.
Job Summary
The Inside Sales Account Manager develops relationships and sells IR Analyzers’ testing services and products to a diverse client base of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales revenue targets
Communicate with existing customers, cold call prospects, and field incoming service requests
Maintain a hunter mentality, eager to pick up the phone to find and bring on new accounts
Adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each business interaction ensuring timely responses to calls and emails
Gather and record customer contact information and technical data about the job site from current and prospective customers in our Customer Relations Management (CRM) software
Create and close winning technical sales proposals
Represent the company at both regional and national industry trade shows
Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrate strong computer skills with a proficiency in Windows-based applications, CRM systems, and MS Office software products
Possess a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through excellent negotiation skills resulting in increased revenue
Show yourself to be high energy, self-motivated, positive, personable, and able to relate well with diverse client populations
Be a resourceful team-player with a strong work ethic able to independently and pro-actively manage own schedule using organization and prioritization skills
Display respect, integrity, professionalism, and discretion
Utilize your excellent oral and written communication skills in all that you do
Bring 3+ years of quote carrying sales experience to this position
Completion of one or more corporate sales training programs highly preferred
College education preferred
