Job Summary: The Technical Business Analyst will support and manage the technical onboarding of new Digital Marketing Platform (DMP) partners, Call Tracking, Social Media, Lead Processing, Programmatic Advertisement, Dealer enrollment onto a DMP option and daily change management, troubleshooting and maintenance activities. This role will be responsible for solving integration, data and tagging related issues and will work closely with Ad Operations, Tagging, Analytics, Technical Architect, and Development staff to drive technical delivery. The Technical Business Analyst will gather, understand and execute requests of the business partners. Additionally, this role will execute the technology roadmap, resolve escalated issues, execute compliance functions, maintain a clear communication channel and manage change. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Must have a strong customer orientation and a positive approach to interacting and serving customers (internally and externally).
  • Must have knowledge and background on WebServices
  • Must have knowledge and background on API subscription model, and usage monitoring.
  • Have experience working on projects related to digital marketing, campaign management (display, search, social media) using one or more of the following marketing platforms: Google, Adobe and Facebook
  • Must demonstrate good judgment, demonstrate high ethics and project a professional image as a representative of FMC and Client.
  • Must be able to collaborate and work effectively as a team member with a positive can do attitude to contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Must demonstrate a desire - personally and professionally - for continuous improvement with an ability to identify and seize opportunities for improvement.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining high levels of customer service, professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to maintain composure in a dynamic, often ambiguous, deadline driven, fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to demonstrate effective business communication skills (written, verbal, active listening, etc.) in a variety business settings and situations (email, team meetings, customer-facing, etc.).
  • Must have solid people management basics skills (discretion and confidentiality, providing feedback, communication, basic human resources awareness, etc.).
  • Must have people management knowledge and skills (HR-related principles of people management, setting goals, managing performance, providing feedback, etc.), and the ability to create a motivational environment for direct reports.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain a team environment by coordinating and cooperating with peers, sharing recognition, supporting interdepartmental and company-wide objectives.
Experience:
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience of multi-disciplined IT experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a team leadership role managing IT projects from discovery through delivery.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in managing Digital Advertising Solutions
  • Must have experience with standard software development methodologies such as Agile.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience managing technology resources as development resources
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience with dealer websites
  • Must have 5 years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project).
  • Must be Google AdWords (Marketing Platform) certified
Education:
  • Must have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technology field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Abide by the policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct of the company.
  • Handle personal information ( PI ) that pertains to any individual (e.g., leads, dealers, employees, job applicants, etc.) in accordance with Client Information Privacy Guiding Principles, privacy policy and public facing privacy statements on Client managed websites.
  • Complete any required privacy training.
  • Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer.
  • Adhere to the company s compliance program.
  • Safeguard the company s intellectual property, information, and assets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
