JavaScript/Node.js Developer

Genuent, LLC is currently seekig a Javascript/Node Developer for a remote contract opportunity based in Monterey Park, CA. This position will require the following skill-set:

• Hands-on experience building backend interfaces with Node.js and express.
• Hands-on experience working with MS SQL such as creating stored procedures, designing tables and optimizing queries
• Experience with GIT version control
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, VBScript and Powershell Experience with a Javascript front-end library such as React, Angular or Vue.JS a plus
• Experience with Javascript testing frameworks a plus
• Strong understanding of REST API & experience consuming APIs
• Strong familiarity with Javascript ES6 and how Javascript works
