Level 2 PC Technician

Location: Waterford, MI Salary: Flexible Description: This is 100% on-site Waterford/Pontiac, MI2-3+ month contractWe are seeking this resource because our client is implementing VPN and this resource is going to be moving apps from the old workstations to the new workstations. Ideally, we would like a person that has had Windows 7 to 10 migration experience. We are not looking for someone that just read and implemented a script, but rather someone that knows how to migrate the apps. This is a Level 2 PC Technician remediating incidents, installing workstations, printers, validation, logic processing, reports, file updates, etc. If the person has some experience with SCCM, that will put them to the top of the interview list. Personal Computer Support Specialist. Installs personal computer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners and disk drives. Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages such as operating system, word processing and spreadsheet programs, etc. Performs network connection set-up; and user profile, data, and application migration from workstation to workstation. Identifies and resolves hardware, software, and operating system problems, makes minor repairs or refers to application specialists.
