SUMMARY
As a Bicycle Technician - Warehouse Associate you will play a critical role. Not only will you be helping our product reach our customers doors, you will also be helping our customers get back on their bikes faster through service. This position supports all areas of the distribution center and bicycle customer service including, but not limited to, the following areas: order fulfillment (picking and putting away), loading and unloading trucks, receiving and shipping, truing wheels, adjusting derailleurs and brakes and installing tubeless tires. Palletizing
Stocking
Adjusting derailleurs
Adjusting brakes
Truing Wheels
Install tubeless tires
Perform other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must have general bicycle knowledge and some bike mechanic experience; strong work ethics; have the ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements; ability to work safely, minding personal and team safety in daily operations; work with a sense of urgency; and be customer focused with customers’ satisfaction in mind.

GENERAL
Compensation starts at $15/hour but negotiable depending on experience. This is a full-time position. Normal office hours are 7:30AM – 4:00PM Monday thru Friday We are located in San Marcos.
