Fast paced pool company seeking entry level associate to answer customer calls, meet deadlines, and work as a team in our Service Dept. Ideal candidate will possess:

The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

The ability to handle large amounts of incoming calls.

Some pool knowledge or the aptitude to learn quickly.

Saturday hours during season.

Ability to keep cool under pressure.

Skills to record accurate, valid and complete information.

3+ years experience Microsoft office; strong computer skills.

Ability to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
