Location: Brighton MI 48116

Position: General Labor/Production Associate

Pay Rate: $15/hr

NOTE: different shifts available

Duration: 3 months to Perm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Compliance with Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) and Work

Package Instructions.

Move, load and package raw and finished goods as required.

Ensure quality sample collection, molding, lab testing and SPC

data entry to determine product conformity.

Complete box sheet correctly with box numbers, finished end

temperatures, correct weights and indicate whether the box is “Conforming” or “Non-Conforming”.

Ensure that boxes are labelled correctly – Product ID, correct

weights and any other customer requirements.

Error-free, safe and timely change-overs.

Keep a clean and safe work area.

Follow all Quality, Safety & Environmental Procedures.

Operate a forklift in a safe manner at all times.

Apply the RMA 7S for Success standards to the work areas and all

tasks.

Uphold the RMA Code of Conduct standards.

Other duties as assigned by Production Team Leader.

KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Must have high school education or equivalent.

Required to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,

operating instructions and procedures.

Required to work proficiently with basic math skills.

Must be able to follow work procedures.

Must be able to pay close attention to detail.

Ability to read, speak and write English efficiently preferred.

Ability to operate a fork truck.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to regularly lift 55 lbs.

Repeatedly reach with hands and arms.

Climb straight incline ladders.

Have use of fingers and hands for packaging and writing.

Must have color vision.
