Immediate Openings for Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Packers

Work Skills Corporation (WSC) is hiring Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Packers for our production facilities in Brighton, MI. We have a team-oriented environment in a safe, climate control setting. Experience is not required, but we do require a willingness to learn, a great attitude and the ability to meet pre-employment drug screen criteria.

Responsibilities of the Material Handlers, Packers, and Assemblers:

Material Handlers fill bins with appropriate parts and deliver to work stations

Maintain a steady workflow by performing prescribed procedures accurately and timely

Packers and Assemblers inspect parts, fill and seal boxes, and assemble parts

Perform duties with minimal supervision

Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition

Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules

Requirements of the Material Handlers, Packers, and Assemblers:

Forklift experience is not required but a big plus

Material Handlers must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds

Assemblers must be able to lift up to 10 pounds

Able to clearly communicate with team members

Excellent attendance to support the production team

Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screening
