Long term remote/office scenario TBD, however candidates should be flexible for at least some on-site office work. Full scope yet to be determined and subject to change. JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW The Product Manager will translate customer business problems into product requirements and a roadmap through understanding the industry and market. Define and develop products, go to market strategies, conduct market research, generate product requirements, features, product improvements and usability enhancement, manage roadmaps, work with stakeholders to drive implementation. Examine and understand customer and business needs, as well as market for opportunities to determine right set of features to write. Work closely and build relationships with clients; manage their escalations, issues and identify a resolution process. Perform competitive data analyses and present for insight. This person will be leading a product of strategic importance to TriNet Leave Management. Leave Management is a critical offering to our customers that enables them to manage their leave plans, PTO, Sick and Holiday Calendar. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Translate customer business problems into product requirements and a roadmap through understanding the industry and market / competitive landscape. Identify and document product and business requirements from concept to production. Identify dependencies on other products to deliver end to end solutions. Define and develop products, go to market strategies, conduct market research, generate product requirements, features, product improvements and usability enhancement, manage roadmaps, work with stakeholders to drive implementation. Work closely and build relationships with clients; manage their escalations, issues and identify a resolution process. Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions. Prioritize the product backlog with clearly articulated benefits, while keeping orderly and managing ongoing feature and bug requests. Completes ad-hoc assignments to assist in the development of the roadmap, market, competitive and customer analysis. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in technical or related field. Experience: Product Management experience of 2+ years in a Product Manager, Product Strategy, Solutions Consulting or related occupation. Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into a successful product strategy. Experience with or knowledge of cloud-based solutions (SaaS) a plus. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Lean UX. Demonstrate a Customer Services/Customer First mind-set. Strong product sense and actively seeks to understand needs, challenges, expectations, and industry landscape. Ability to communicate with, build trust with, and influence colleagues and customers at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage projects and facilitate team interactions effectively. Ability to adapt to a fast paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace. Knowledge of PEO products, services, and markets, as well as operations, cross-functional workflows, and interaction between the various company units, processes, and systems, a plus.
