Answer Emails
Send paper work out to customers
Collect and process payments
Service the Customer
Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
Proven track record of delivering top quality service to residential and commercial customers.
Will be Computer SAVVY with Microsoft Office and dispatching software programs
Excellent Typing skills
Ability to inspire, lead and bring out the best in the Technical Team.
Great presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages.
Multi-tasker who enjoys working in the field with diverse teams on varied projects.
Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
Previous experience with Microsoft Office and typing speed 50+ words per minute.
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Knowledge of local codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to be the best.
Fast pace office 3 line phone system
Will have excellent Computer and Microsoft Software Suit.
5 + years as a CSR in a Customer Service Role in the trade or major company with high volume.
