Job Description
Position Overview
The SPO/SO will be providing both exterior and interior patrols for mixed use (commercial/residential) properties. Shifts consist of both vehicular and foot patrols.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Patrol exterior/perimeter of property
Address noise/other complaints made by tenant
Address rules infractions as necessary (smoking, loitering, etc)
Prepare incident reports as needed
Provide other assistance to tenants and fellow employees in a friendly "customer service" manner:
Required Qualifications/Experience:
You must possess a current DC Special Police Officer (SPO) or Security Officer (SO) License
You must have at least 2 years of security experience
A valid driver’s license and a vehicle required
The ability to write and submit reports as needed
Excellent customer service skills
Please be able to provide a list of professional references
