Job DutiesSupervise and train store staff

Open and close the store

Assist with cash handling

Handle customer concerns

Stock and return merchandise

Maintain displays and store

Must be able to delegate tasks

Lead by example to assure compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications and SkillsHigh School diploma (or equivalent)

Minimum of two years retail experience (or related type work).

Must have supervisory experience.

Ability to use the cash register and follow Goodwill Industries policies andprocedures.

Ability to work full time; all shifts (Sunday-Saturday between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm) and extra shifts as necessary.

Ability to lift 15-35 pounds.

Ability to hang merchandise; lifting up to six feet.

Ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Ability to bend and stoop.

Must have reliable transportation and phone access
