FULLY REMOTE!Case Investigation and Contact Tracing is the process of working with a person who has been diagnosed with an infectious disease, in this instance COVID-19, to identify and provide support to people (contacts) who may have been infected through close contact with the diagnosed person.Duties:These individuals will be acting as Public Health Investigators/Contact Tracers and will be making scripted phone calls to people who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 as well as their contacts

Conduct daily monitoring calls that are focused on symptom checks, providing access to education and guidance, and connecting them to resources

Individuals will be working from a script of questions asking the person about their symptoms and recent exposures. - - From a library or resources, connect appropriate resources to individuals on how to keep themselves and others safe, and possible resources on where to find additional guidance.

Desire-able Qualifications:Strong time management skills (organization, prioritization, multitasking)

Experience conducting telephone-based or in-person interview, data collection and entry

Health-related professional experience/training in public health, social work preferred.

Fluency in other languages, such as Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Spanish.
