- Core Banking Domain experience/knowledge – banking systems built on modern technology (digital banking)
- Understanding of banking systems migration/conversion/upgrade
- Understanding of banking technology
- Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes
- Responsible for reduced risk targeted modernization (should have strong overall risk management)
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
- Translate complex business problems into viable functional and/or technical sphaecifications
- Involved with designing solution and documentation
- Involved with manual testing and User Acceptance Testing
- SQL query experience
