- Developing complex SQL for use in ETL/ELT applications.
- Developing KSQL for use in streaming analytics
- Working and Partnering with Data Sceintists to better understand pipeline requirements
- Creating estimates for sprints to accurately reflect the effort required
- Unit testing SQL Code
- Writing source to target documentation
- 5 Years of Deep SQL Experience. This experience can be with any ETL or database that supports ANSI compliant SQL or HIVE/Spark SQL.
- 3 years experience perfomance tuning of SQL
- 3 years experience modeling data. ERWIN or other Data Modeling tool experience strongly preferred.
- 1 year experience developing KSQL for use in streaming analytics is a plus
- Experience working in a fast paced agile environment
- Experience writing test plans to Unit testing SQL Code
- Proven experience Writing source to target documentation
- Linux shell /CLI experience preferred.
