Responsible for: Reviewing paperless loan file to confirm when loan is ready for closing preparation. Compiling closing loan package according to established standards. Funding mortgage loans as needed to title companies. Activating Private Mortgage Insurance Certificates. Scanning mortgage loan documents. Processing discharge and payoffs. Other duties as assigned.
