COOK: Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Cashier/Food Service Worker: Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and keeps the coffee and cashier stations clean.

Dishwasher: Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Associate, Wait Staff: Responsible for patient tray delivery and retrieval, and floor stock delivery.

Operator: Responsible for securing patient meal selections and special requests and needs via telephone.
