General Labor and Manufacturing Job Fair - Tempe

SVS Group will be holding a Virtual Job Fair starting today and will go through Friday. We are paying $20.25 per hour and we need people right away. Position Hiring For:

Metal Foundry - Our client melts metal. They put this metal into a mold made out of sand. They let that mold cool and then they grind the metal down to the proper shape and size. We need people for all positions. This job is hot, dirty, and requires heavy lifting. You must be ok working outside in the heat, be able to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day, stand on your feet for 10 - 12 hours per day, and have full availability Monday - Sunday.

Requirements:

- Experience working outdoors is a huge plus - We always look for Construction, Landscapers, Foundry Employees, Yard Workers, Anyone used to working around the heat.

- You must want to work hard and have a good attitude. They pay well but they demand that you work for your 8 - 12 hours each day.

- You must have fantastic attendance and punctuality. They will not tolerate people that are late or that do not show up for work

- You must be open to working Monday - Saturday and sometimes on Sunday. Typically, they work Monday - Friday. When it gets very busy they add Saturday. If it ever gets extremely busy they will add Sunday but this is not typical.

- You must be good with heavy lifting, standing on your feet all day, and a lot of pushing and pulling of heavy equipment
