Senior Accounting Manager/Controller

Work Hours: Mon - Fri. 8:00 - 5:00

Full-time Position.

Responsibilities:

-All accounting requirements through Financial Statements

-Payroll (In-house), Some Certified Payroll

-Billing

-Accounts Payable

-Accounts Receivable

-Bank Reconciliations

-Year-end government reporting

-General office duties

Qualifications:

-5 years previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields

-Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and procedures

-Must be detail oriented and organized

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize

-Ajera experience is beneficial

-Quickbooks experience highly preferred

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including MS Excel, Word and Office. Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets with math calculations/formulas and other related report types.
