Job Description:
Stable, well-respected property management company has opening for Maintenance Technician. Apartment Maintenance Experience is preferred. Must live within 30 minutes of the property and have reliable transportation
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm with 1/2-hour break for lunch. On-Call for emergencies.
Experience Required:
Simple Electrical repair experience (replacing GFI Outlets, troubleshooting power loss, wiring lights, low voltage etc.) in an apartment setting
Simple Carpentry (painting, hole patch and repair, caulking, tile replacement etc.) in an apartment setting
Simple Mechanical (replacing door locks, screens, window repair, elements and parts on appliances) in an apartment setting
HVAC repair experience preferred
Grounds/Janitorial
Minimum of one year in a similar job setting
Additional Requirements. Must…
Be able to pass a background (criminal), employment reference and DMV check
Have reliable transportation
Be able to report to work on time
Be neat and clean in appearance
Be able to complete tasks in a timely and satisfactory manner
Be a team player with a positive attitude
