Hello Associates, Greetings from Conch Technologies Position: IT Support Analyst Location: Duluth, GA Duration: 12+ Months Job Description:

  • Perform production support, administrative and maintenance duties for assigned IT Marketing & Sales (mobile and Web applications).
  • Work and communicate on issues/requests from application users.
  • Understand existing applications/systems and their underlying architecture in the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Produce and maintain documentation as assigned in support of operational activities.
Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Application Operational Support or System Analyst roles in multinational companies.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge
  • SQL experience
  • Web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications user support.
  • Basic Network knowledge
  • GraphSQL (Nice to have)
  • Jira and Confluence (Nice to have)

SKILLS CHECKLIST:
  • SQL (i.e: MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
  • Troubleshooting knowledge
  • Web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications use
  • Basic Network knowledge
  • Experience in IT Application Operational Support or System Analyst roles in multinational companies
  • Escalation of incidents to other support levels using a tool
  • Incident Management tools (i.e: Service Now, Jira)
