Incident ManagerDescriptionOur team is looking to hire an IT Problem Manager w/ Data Analysis experience to fill a necessary function in our team.Responsibilities: Work through IT Problem Management following ITIL process Drive collaboration efforts and identify root cause issues Collaborate w/ team on Problem Management Integrate different sources of data into consolidated reports, using standard input/output formats (tabbed formats, excel, access) Analyze and evaluate metrics reported Identify and apply appropriate data transformation techniques where needed Create progress reports for deployment of tools and systems based in the integration of asset data for scoping and the results found in the various tools Create operational metrics, based on the datasets, where accuracy of the data is key Ensure timely delivery of said metrics Create executive reports and summarize effective informationQualifications: Enterprise IT Operations experience in ITIL Problem Management Leadership qualities to drive efforts forward confidently Data Analysis and Reporting Nice to haves: Notable experience w/Service Now Tool data curation Ideal Experience: Problem Management ITIL SQL Reporting Windows Office Suite, notable experience w/ Excel Tableau or Power BI Understanding of Datasets Familiarity or experience working with Active Directory, SCCM, CMDB, Service Now and other information sources Involved in IT Operations Change Management & Incident Management Software Asset Management Built Control metrics from reports on operational and technical functions Working w/ Control metrics THIRD PARTY AGENCIES, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND RECRUITERS NEED NOT APPLY.
