Installation Manager

LeafFilter North, the Nation’s largest gutter protection company is seeking an experienced Residential Installation Manager for our Saginaw office. This is a full-time position to run installation and service as well as working with the sales department.

We are looking for a type A-personality who is well versed in the residential construction industry. Knowledge of gutters, gutter protection, fascia board, soffit, roofing and outdoor construction is a major benefit to the job.

You will be expected to:

Recruit

Hire and train subcontractors

Schedule jobs

Perform day to day paperwork

Data entry into the computer data base

Troubleshoot installation questions

Customer service, schedule and manage Service Tech

Perform payroll duties

Overall run the installation side of the business

1. 3-5 Years of Construction knowledge; Interior/Exterior

2. MUST own a truck or van to be considered for this position

3. Extensive computer knowledge working with word/excel

4. Good Computer Skills

5. Must have a valid driver license

6. Must pass an extensive background check!

7. Must be a Type A-personality!
