Real Estate Brokerage seeking a professional, responsible and outgoing person with an excellent attendance record to work in our Downtown office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Appointments
- Preparing Offers
- Working with closings
- Transfer, route all calls, take and distribute messages
- Sort/distribute incoming mail
- Handle all outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to staff
- Manage Client Contact files
- Advertising and Marketing support
Requirements:
- Able to work Mon-Fri 10am to 5:00pm
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Strong ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Computer/Internet Savvy w/Excellent Microsoft Office Experience
- Great Follow Up Skills
- Professional attitude and attire a must
