Installation Manager

We are seeking a residential construction Install Manager. We have been serving West Michigan for several decades and we are looking for a high quality candidate that cares about taking care of our previous and future customers with the highest level of service.

Please note, having experience installing replacement windows, vinyl siding and metal roofing is essential to this position. We only train leaders who are willing to lead by example. If you do not have this experience, we will not be moving forward with the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will take ultimate responsibility for their entire department, has strong leadership and multi-tasking skills, and be HIGHLY organized. Must be high energy, focused and have previous install or service management experience in the remodeling agency. You must work best when under pressure.

Duties include: recruiting and hiring employees, ordering materials, maintaining relationships and communication with suppliers as well as follow-up immediately with customers that have issues. Will also need to be able to schedule install jobs logistically, collect payments and set up service calls. There will also be a certain amount of working alongside your employees out in the field. There will also be times you will be diffusing challenging customer issues.
