Maintenance Technician

Collegetown rental company looking to hire an experienced maintenance technician.

Along with performing routine property maintenance tasks such as, basic plumbing and electrical work, sheetrock and painting, maintenance of heat systems, the ability to perform skilled carpentry work a plus.

Responsible for on call emergency phone rotation approximately one week in four.

Must have truck and tools.

Excellent pay commensurate with experience.
