Qualifications

  • Australian citizenship and holding or be able to successfully obtain and retain a minimum Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance
  • Demonstrated recent construction project experience with client-side and defence project experience desirable
  • Professional qualifications in project management, architectural, engineering, construction management or similar
  • A strong understanding and proven experience in managing construction contracts and contract administration with managing contractor contract experience highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management, communications and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex project stages in an operational environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook with Microsoft Project essential
  • Completed construction site health and safety course
  • AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
