Line Cook Sub Maker and/or Pizza Maker

We are looking for a professional line cook, sub maker, and/or pizza maker to prepare food to the exact specifications and to set up stations for service. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction with speed and near perfect execution.
Responsibilities
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, slicing meats/cheeses, or portioning product)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Report to manager and senior staff
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards including COVID regulations like wearing a face covering at all times while on site
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Skills
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, prep cook, or any type of pizza shop employee
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures including flat top grill, fryer, sub making, hot holding of foods, meat slicer.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
