Be More Than You Can Imagine .The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Tool Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our 70+ year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development. Manage and be responsible for day to day operations to include cost, schedule, quality performance, customer relations and manpower requirements for the Tooling Group. Keep abreast of changes in company policies, engineering design and industry technology improvements. Ensure visual tracking methods to depict cost, quality and schedule performance, and provide guidance and leadership to effectively deploy Lean processes including support of Lean initiatives and recommending projects in assigned areas. Maintain open lines of communication with management and customer personnel and give clear and direct expectations to hourly non-exempt subordinates. Provide the framework and ensure compliance with company policies, directives & procedures and Company/Union agreements. Responsible for establishing optimum utilization of available resources to ensure program/company objectives and unique program requirements and goals are achieved. Support and implement Company Goals and Objectives.Must be a US Citizen.
