Work Virtually: Seeking talented, driven, and self-motivated individuals for our Customer Service Advisor positions with our Union members.

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services. Daily tasks include inbound/outbound calls, scheduling new appointments, client policy reviews, data entry, and servicing requested benefits.

The Leadership position overlooks the Customer Service Advisor position. No leadership experience or college degree is necessary. This is a full-time position with great weekly hours.
