Honda of Burlington is a preferred dealership, part of the Nelson Family Auto Group, is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join the dynamic team. Averaging 150 New and Used Sales a month, no BDC or Internet Sales Staff, this is a great opportunity for an experienced sales representative. Our sales people get all the walk-in, phone and internet leads!

We are looking for high-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal

communication skills and a willingness to work with a committed sales team, many of whom

have been with us for years.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking

questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages &

latest technology

Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and

analyses.

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours & weekends

At least one year of proven auto sales experience

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
