We are a small accounting office looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Front Office Assistant/Receptionist at our Hayden location.
This position is the first impression most people have of our company! The position is focused on a wide variety of activities including but not limited to: greeting visitors, directing phone calls, handling confidential information.
Our office is full time, all hands on deck January through April. We offer a flexible schedule May-December.

Qualifications:
Top notch customer service skills with a genuine love for helping people
Professional phone skills
Well organized and the ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills, including maintaining positive relationships with clients
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail and quality
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a group setting, as well as independently with minimal supervision
Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering Phones
Greeting Clients
Booking Appointments
Organizing the following week’s appointments
Filing
Processing time sensitive and confidential information
Occasional errands
