Launch your career in advanced manufacturing through an online no-cost, 11-week registered Pre-Apprenticeship Program offered through the Aerospace Joint Apprenticeship Committee (AJAC)!

The Winter 2021 11-week Manufacturing Academy is online.

Classes schedule is January 4, 2021 - March 12, 2021.

Candidates for this online program include those who qualify for Workforce Funding:

In order to be eligible to attend at no cost you must fall into one of the following categories.:

-Currently receiving, or spouse currently receiving Unemployment Benefits.

-Previously in the military with in the last 4 years

-Part of a low-income household

-Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless

-Out of School Youth, or in GED program

-Justice-involved individual

-Worked in agriculture in the last two years, and part of a low-income household

-Receiving TANF

-Receiving Food Stamps, Basic Food, or part of BFET program.

-Other qualifying factors - if you are interested, please apply.

Many people are eligible - they just don't realize it until they complete applications for these services.

This education and training will give you the instruction, technical insight, education and certifications you need to apply for an entry-level living wage job in aerospace and advanced manufacturing occupations in such areas as Machining, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, and Industrial Manufacturing Technician.

Class Start Date: January 4, 2021 | 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Mon - Fri

Length of Program: 11 Weeks (Monday – Friday)

This training is at no cost for eligible WA participants. Eligibility requirements will be discussed prior to enrollment.
