Job Summary:

As a general labor associate at Performance Pallet there is a wide range of job opportunities throughout our different departments, from Assembly, Repair, Reclaim and the firewood department. Each department comes with its own challenges as well as opportunity. We will look to place you in a department best suited for your skills and abilities. All positions are physically demanding and require that certain efficiency rates are met. You will be given the proper training and time so that you are able to meet these goals.

Pay:

$12.00/Hour + Shift Incentives

C Shift Incentive/ $1.50

Schedule/Shift:

A Shift Monday through Thursday 6:30am to 5:30pm

B Shift Monday through Thursday 8:30pm to 6:30am

C Shift Friday through Sunday 6:30am to 6:30pm

Essential Job Duties:

Operate nail guns

Build pallets, Repair pallets, Deconstruct pallets

Package Firewood

Maintaining clean and organized workarea

Perform basic job duties as requested by Supervisor/Area leader

Fill out paperwork

Must meet efficiency standards set by thecompany

Work in a safe manner

Job Qualifications:

· Physically Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Lift 25 – 50 pounds consistently throughout the day
