Job Summary

RESET has an open position for an experienced Purchasing Specialist experienced in manufacturing, electronics, vendor management and expediting critical vendor issues. Overall, our company supplies repair and manufacturing services through B2B relationships for products that are either no longer supported by the OEM or no one else can repair them. Products may include electronic controls for I/O, DC Motors, servo's, micro controllers, micro inverters, medical autoclaves, lighting systems, machined and sheet metal parts designed by

RESET, and full turnkey manufacturing of customer owned product.

Responsibilities and Duties

Procure all necessary parts to support Engineering, Supply Chain, Repair and Manufacturing

Manage Vendors to the highest level of quality and on time delivery

Support accounting to process vendor payments on a timely manner by ensuring all orders are complete in the system.

Support Operations, Engineering and Customer Service by supplying real time information

Read and understand mechanical drawings (Required Tolerances, special call outs, etc.)

Ability to source new vendors based on quality, cost and on time delivery.

Manage Warranty Processing Programs

Manage Stock Room

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 10 years’ experience

Creative and innovative problem solver

Self-starter able to work independently and in team environments

Ability and willingness to work hands on

Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills

Ability and willingness to work to schedules and do what is required to meet project deadlines

Demonstrates knowledge of experienced Purchasing Practices
